I will pick GoT for its beautiful theme and color variation, with more samurai katana and clothes to wear, and the story is amazing. I don't enjoy the theme, it's too dark and all about monsters (BTW I don't like zombies except ones in PvZ bc of personal pref). Moreover, I found that I missed many things (no tools for me to use) after I watched walkthrough vid of it, no instruction to tell you where to go will make me lost. Of course, it's my limited capability to beat a boss and it's not you, if you can beat the boos after several trials then you enjoy the fruit of it. The key reason is that I don't quite enjoy when it becomes too difficult.

In Sekiro, after fighting hours with blazing bull and beating it without searching for tutorials online, I downloaded the sekiro mod to proceed it.

To me I just keep playing and wanna see the ending, and forget time, curing my electric impotence (don wanna play any games even there are so many). Playing GoT you more like watching a movie, flower sea. Also it's all about samurai fight, more realistic, not all monsters and horror in Sekiro with dark theme and tone, which is why it's called soul game. For GoT, you are in a little island surrounded by the sea, which is so cool to me. It's more emotionally dramatic, with uncle and Jin and mongols. GoT has much more Japanese culture and rich personal conversation,, and of course, much less difficult since Sekiro simply even doesn't give you choice of difficulty.
